FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

PROCESSING + SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for deliver, if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order you will be notified. Once your order is ready to ship you will receive an email with your tracking number. After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.

DAMAGED ITEMS?

Elisee' Hair is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES  

All sales are final, no refunds will be given. In the event of an incorrect item sent we will provide you with an exchange once the hair is returned, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to resolve the situation.
